I’m excited to announce that I’m launching Elevate, Ladies!

This is the second round of the Female Leadership Accelerator – a program I developed to help women step into their leadership with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

What you can expect:

• 4 modules between April and September –  with online content, personal video’s, reflection exercises, and interactive sessions.
• Live virtual group mentoring sessions – where we discuss challenges, insights, and practical takeaways.
• Peer support – you’ll be paired with a buddy for shared learning and accountability.
• Exclusive Inspiration Booster – with other senior leaders sharing their experiences and career lessons.

It’s designed to give you structured guidance, mentoring, and practical tools to grow as a leader – based on my own experiences and trainings over the past 19 years.

The program is this time only available within ING and free of charge. This program is most beneficial for women within global job scales 16 to 18 who want to actively work on their leadership and career development.
